1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using zeuspay.com.au or the Zeuspay platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.

2. About the Zeuspay platform

Zeuspay operates an online marketplace that matches requests for information about loan offers to a portfolio of banks, financial institutions and credit providers ("Lenders"). We qualify your request using AI and other technologies, usually including a soft credit check, and show you loan offer information from Lenders whose criteria you meet. Any resulting loan application or arrangement is completed directly between you and the Lender, outside the Platform.

3. Eligibility to use the platform

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and an Australian resident, and provide information that is accurate, current and complete. You're responsible for keeping any account details up to date and confidential.

4. Zeuspay is not a lender

Zeuspay does not provide loans, credit, or financial or credit advice. We are a comparison and matching service. Any offer you receive comes from a third-party Lender, who is solely responsible for assessing your application and deciding whether to lend to you.

5. Soft checks and lender assessments

Where we assess your eligibility, we typically use a soft credit check, which does not affect your credit score or file. This is not a guarantee of approval. If you proceed to a formal application with a Lender, that Lender may conduct its own hard credit check and full assessment, which is outside our control.

6. Fees

Zeuspay never charges consumers a fee for using the Platform. We may receive a referral or technology fee from a Lender for facilitating an introduction — this does not add to the cost of any loan you take out.

7. Your obligations

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• provide false, misleading or fraudulent information;
• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or to impersonate another person;
• attempt to interfere with, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Platform; or
• use automated means to access or scrape the Platform without our consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you've breached these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its design, text, graphics and underlying software, is owned by or licensed to Zeuspay and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of it without our permission.

9. Third-party lenders and links

The Platform may link to, or connect you with, third-party Lenders and services. Their own terms and conditions and privacy policies apply to your dealings with them. We don't compare every product or Lender in the market, and we're not responsible for the content, decisions, products or conduct of any third-party Lender.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeuspay makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness or availability of the Platform or any loan offer information shown, and isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on information provided through it, except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law).

11. Privacy

Our collection and handling of your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the effective date shown above. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
